The invention discloses a hanging device for aero-engine maintenance. The hanging device comprises a cross beam; the number of the winches is two, and the winches are arranged on the cross beam in a sliding mode. The number of the connecting beams is two, and the connecting beams are connected with the winches through first ropes respectively. The number of the self-locking clamps is two; the self-locking clamp comprises a fixed plate, two sliding plates, a linkage piece and a plurality of clamping pieces. A through hole is formed in the middle of the fixing plate, and the multiple clamping pieces are arranged in the through hole in the circumferential direction. The fixed plate is further provided with two annular sliding grooves and connecting holes communicating with the annular sliding grooves. The two sliding plates are arranged in the annular sliding grooves in the circumferential direction in a sliding mode. One end of each second rope penetrates through the corresponding connecting hole to be connected with the corresponding connecting beam, and the other end of each second rope is connected with the corresponding sliding plate; the two sliding plates are connected with the multiple clamping pieces through linkage pieces. According to the technical scheme, the hanging device and the aero-engine can be disassembled and assembled conveniently.
