The high-rise building roof photovoltaic emergency escape device comprises a descending platform, a supporting column, a rail assembly, a braking assembly and a buffering assembly. The rail assembly is arranged on the supporting column; a guardrail assembly, a handle and an emergency brake button are arranged on the descending platform; the brake assembly comprises a magnetic brake part, a brake part and a pulley part, the magnetic brake part comprises a magnetic strip connected with the descending platform and a metal sheet arranged along the track assembly, the pulley part drives the descending platform to slide along the track assembly, the brake part is arranged on the pulley part, and the brake part is electrically connected with the emergency brake button; the buffering assembly comprises a deceleration strip and a buffering baffle, the deceleration strip is arranged at the bottom end of the rail assembly, the buffering baffle is arranged on one side of the deceleration strip, and the buffering baffle abuts against the pulley pieces so that the descending platform can decelerate. Therefore, through the descending platform, the rail assembly, the braking assembly and the buffering assembly, residents can escape to the bottoms of the supporting columns, and the safety of the residents is guaranteed.
