The invention discloses a ground equivalent test device for vibration noise of an elevator traction machine. The ground equivalent test device comprises a sound insulation assembly, a load assembly, a connection assembly and a test assembly, the sound insulation assembly is provided with a sound insulation room, sound absorption wedges, a door, a cast iron floor and through holes. The load assembly is provided with a load machine, a cooling-water machine and a cooling-water machine water pipe; the connecting assembly is provided with a coupler, a connecting shaft, a base and a torque sensor. The test assembly is provided with a vibration sensor, a microphone, a vibration noise data acquisition instrument, a tripod and a data analysis platform; the loading machine is a magnetic powder brake.
