The invention provides an urban traffic intelligent inspection unmanned aerial vehicle. A power propeller is started to rotate to provide power for flight of the urban traffic intelligent inspection unmanned aerial vehicle; the optical flow sensor detects the direction movement of the unmanned aerial vehicle in the flight process and transmits a detection result to the main controller; the image generation element shoots and captures a real scene around the unmanned aerial vehicle in real time and transmits the shot and captured real scene image to the main controller in real time, and the attitude sensor detects the attitude of the unmanned aerial vehicle and transmits the detected attitude information to the main controller. The urban traffic intelligent inspection unmanned aerial vehicle transmits the position of the unmanned aerial vehicle in real time through the positioning element by using a wireless communication technology; the laser radar measures the position and distance of a target object around the unmanned aerial vehicle.
