The invention discloses an air inlet channel adopting an embedded micro-channel array and a design method of the air inlet channel, the embedded micro-channel array is arranged at the upstream of an inlet of the air inlet channel, the energy of low-energy fluid in a boundary layer developed from a machine body at the upstream of the inlet of the air inlet channel is utilized for driving, bypass transportation is carried out through the micro-channel array, and the air inlet channel is formed. And therefore, the low-energy fluid is prevented from being sucked into the air inlet channel and large-range flow separation is induced in the air inlet channel. Compared with a traditional air inlet channel with a separation channel and a bulge air inlet channel, the air inlet channel has the advantages of being excellent in stealth performance, light in structural weight, small in windward resistance and the like due to the fact that the embedded micro-channel array is embedded into the aircraft fuselage, and no protrusion exists on the outer surface of the aircraft fuselage.

    本发明公开了一种采用埋入式微通道阵列的进气道及其设计方法,通过在进气道入口上游安置埋入式微通道阵列,利用进气道入口上游由机身发展而来的边界层内的低能流体自身的能量进行驱动,通过微小通道阵列进行旁路输运,进而避免低能流体被吸入进气道内部与并在进气道内部诱导出大范围流动分离。本发明提出的进气道与传统带隔道进气道和鼓包进气道相比,由于具有埋入式微通道阵列嵌入飞行器机身内部,外部表面无任何凸起,因此其具有隐身性能优、结构重量轻、迎风阻力小等优点。
