The invention relates to the field of prefabricated directly-buried thermal insulation pipe transfer mechanisms, in particular to a prefabricated directly-buried thermal insulation pipe transfer device which comprises a shell, an adjusting bearing set and a moving transportation set. The shell is hollow, one end of the shell is open, and the shell has preset containing performance and can carry out corresponding bearing and limiting operation. The adjusting bearing set comprises a sliding adjusting unit which is arranged in the hollow containing cavity of the shell and has a preset operation length and supporting force. And the bearing unit is movably connected with the sliding adjusting unit and is preset to have preset length and supporting force. The movable transportation group is connected with the shell and can perform corresponding rotation adjustment operation; and the plurality of mobile transportation groups are symmetrically distributed on the surface of the working surface of the shell. The number of the sliding adjusting units and the number of the bearing units are both multiple. Prefabricated thermal insulation pipes can be arranged and transferred through the adjusting bearing sets, and damage caused by mutual collision is avoided. And meanwhile, the prefabricated directly-buried thermal insulation pipe can be vertically stored, and the occupied space and area in the transferring process are reduced.
本发明涉及一种预制直埋保温管转运装置,涉及预制直埋保温管的转运机构领域,包括壳体、调节承载组和移动运输组。壳体中空且一端开放,具有预定的收容性,可进行相应的承载与限位作业。调节承载组包括置于壳体中空收容腔室内,具有预定作业长度与支撑力的滑动调节单元;与滑动调节单元活动连接,并预定具有预定长度与支撑力的承载单元。移动运输组与壳体相连,可进行相应转动调节作业;且移动运输组为多个,并对称式分布于壳体的作业面表面。滑动调节单元与承载单元均为多个。本申请通过所设调节承载组可将预制保温管分别进行排列转运,避免相互碰撞产生损伤。同时还可将预制直埋保温管竖立存放,减小转运过程的占用空间与面积。
