The invention relates to a hinge and a handrail. The hinge comprises a shell, a rotating piece and an elastic body. The rotating piece comprises a shaft part and a shifting fork piece located on the shaft part. The elastic body is connected to the shell and located in the rotating track of the shifting fork piece. In the process that the rotating piece rotates in the preset direction, the elastic body can make contact with the shifting fork piece so as to provide damping force larger than a preset value for continuous rotation of the rotating piece. When the rotating piece rotates in the direction opposite to the preset direction, the damping force is smaller than or equal to the preset value. When the damping device is applied to the handrail, damping force generated by the elastic body can reduce the falling speed of the handrail, the problem of rapid falling of the handrail is solved, falling of the handrail is more controllable, and the operation comfort of the handrail can be improved.

    本发明涉及一种铰链和扶手,铰链包括:壳体、转动件和弹性体;转动件包括轴部和位于所述轴部上的拨叉件;弹性体连接于所述壳体,并位于所述拨叉件的转动轨迹中;所述转动件沿预设方向转动过程中,所述弹性体能够与所述拨叉件接触以为所述转动件的继续转动提供大于预设值的阻尼力;所述转动件沿与所述预设方向相反方向转动过程中,所述阻尼力小于或等于所述预设值。应用于扶手时,利用弹性体产生的阻尼力可以降低扶手下落速度,改善扶手快速下落的问题,使扶手下落更具控制性,可以提高扶手操作的舒适性。
