The invention discloses a permanent magnet synchronous motor control method based on a naval vessel electric propulsion system. The control method comprises the following steps: initialization: initializing a permanent magnet synchronous motor; data support is provided for subsequent control by collecting the sensor data of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the load; feedforward composite torque loop control: according to the collected sensor data, calculating the required electromagnetic torque through a feedforward composite torque loop control algorithm, and adjusting the output torque of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in real time; embedded fuzzy control: adopting an embedded fuzzy control strategy; the method has the beneficial effects that by introducing the feedforward composite torque ring and adopting the embedded fuzzy control strategy, the load disturbance resistance, robustness and adaptivity of the system are effectively improved; experimental results verify the feasibility and superiority of the control strategy, and an important theoretical basis is provided for research on the control strategy of the permanent magnet synchronous motor of the electric propulsion naval vessel.
本发明公开了基于舰艇电力推进系统的永磁同步电机控制方法,所述控制方法如下:初始化:对永磁同步电机进行初始化;采集传感器数据:通过采集永磁同步电机和负载的传感器数据,为后续控制提供数据支持;前馈复合转矩环控制:根据采集的传感器数据,通过前馈复合转矩环控制算法,计算出所需的电磁转矩,并实时调节永磁同步电机的输出转矩;嵌模糊控制:采用嵌模糊控制策略;本发明的有益效果是:通过引入前馈复合转矩环和采用嵌模糊控制策略,有效提升了系统的抗负载扰动能力、鲁棒性和自适应性;实验结果验证了该控制策略的可行性和优越性,为电力推进舰艇永磁同步电动机控制策略的研究提供了重要理论基础。
