The invention relates to an integrated macro-micro integrated traffic flow model calibration method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, extracting macroscopic traffic flow data in a stable state, and calibrating a macroscopic fundamental diagram model; 2, vehicle following pairs are extracted, and a microscopic vehicle following model is calibrated; 3, solving a multi-objective function of the integrated macroscopic and microscopic traffic flow calibration problem; and 4, selecting a traffic flow model parameter set with the optimal comprehensive satisfaction. The macroscopic traffic flow model and the microscopic traffic flow model are connected by introducing the macroscopic objective function. And based on the same trajectory data set, an IMOWSO algorithm is used to solve the integrated macroscopic and microscopic traffic flow calibration problem. In the calibration process, the macroscopic and microcosmic traffic flow features are increased to ensure the precision of the macroscopic and microcosmic levels, and the physical interpretability is greatly improved.
