Comprising the following steps: respectively constructing virtual three-dimensional models for a real test tool and a real loading device, and carrying out virtual installation to obtain a virtual test tool; acquiring a virtual test point marked on the virtual test tool, and synchronously installing a strain sensor at a corresponding test point position of the real test tool based on the virtual test point; adding load tests to the real test tool step by step according to a preset level based on the real loading device to obtain real test data corresponding to each level, and adding load tests to the virtual test tool step by step according to a preset level by the virtual loading device corresponding to the real loading device to obtain virtual test data corresponding to each level; and displaying the real test data and the virtual test data corresponding to each level in a visual interface. The verification efficiency and quality of the aircraft structure static test can be improved.

    本申请实施例中提供了一种飞行器结构静力试验方法、装置、电子设备和计算机存储介质,涉及静力试验技术领域。包括:针对真实测试工装以及真实加载设备分别构建虚拟三维模型并进行虚拟安装,得到虚拟测试工装;获取虚拟测试工装上标注的虚拟测点,并基于虚拟测点同步在真实测试工装对应测点位置安装应变传感器;基于真实加载设备按照预设级别逐级向真实测试工装增加载荷测试,得到各级别对应的真实测试数据,并将真实加载设备对应的虚拟加载设备按照预设级别逐级向虚拟测试工装增加载荷测试,得到各级别对应的虚拟测试数据;在可视化界面中显示各级别对应的真实测试数据和虚拟测试数据。本公开可以提高飞行器结构静力试验的验证效率以及质量。
