The invention relates to an LNG (liquefied natural gas) filling ship B-type cabin integral hoisting method meeting various hoisting modes, an LNG filling ship B-type cabin is a novel IMO (in-mold operation) type maintenance system, a tank body is of a long cubic structure with an octagonal cross section, an insulating layer is laid on the outer surface of a storage tank, and a gantry crane is adopted for hoisting and carrying in a factory in consideration of building a lifting barge in different places. A plurality of lifting lugs are arranged on the tank body of the B-type cabin, and each lifting hook is connected and fixed to the lifting lug on the tank body, so that a whole-lifting lifting method under various lifting modes is met. The center of a plurality of lifting lugs in the same group is used as a lifting point, a four-point lifting and bevel angle toggle plate special lifting lug method is designed, the lifting working conditions of a large floating crane, a single gantry crane and two gantry cranes are met, the requirements of tonnage, a steel wire rope included angle and cabin body strength during whole lifting of the B-type cabin are met, and the problem that the B-type cabin of the LNG filling ship is completely constructed in different places is effectively solved; and the modular building requirement is met, and the ship building efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及一种满足多种吊装方式的LNG加注船B型舱整吊吊装方法,所述的LNG加注船B型舱为新型IMO型维护系统,罐体为一个横剖面为八边形的长立方体结构,绝缘层敷设在储罐外表面,考虑到异地建造起落驳、厂区内吊装搭载采用龙门吊,通过在B型舱罐体上设置多个吊耳,每个吊钩连接固定在罐体上的吊耳,满足多种吊装方式下的整吊吊装方法。本发明以同一组多个吊耳的中心为吊点,设计的4点吊装及带斜角肘板的特制吊耳方法,满足大型浮吊、单台龙门吊及两台龙门吊抬吊的吊装工况,符合B型舱整吊时吨位、钢丝绳夹角及舱体强度要求,有效解决了LNG加注船B型舱异地完整建造,驳运回厂后进行完整性吊装搭载的问题,满足模块化建造要求,加快了船舶建造效率。
