The invention discloses a heavy short shaft hoisting turnover tool and a hoisting method.The tool comprises a pair of arc-shaped hoisting frames, an arc-shaped middle connecting plate, a hoisting screw and an opening positioning screw, and the two ends of the arc-shaped middle connecting plate are hinged to the middles of one sides of the arc-shaped hoisting frames correspondingly; and a middle locking lug and an edge locking lug are respectively arranged on an arc-shaped flange at one end of the arc-shaped lifting frame. The arc-shaped lifting frame and the arc-shaped middle connecting plate with the same curvature of the inner edge arc-shaped surfaces are respectively matched with the outer diameter of the heavy short shaft; and the distance A between the inner side surfaces of the arc-shaped flanges at the two ends of the arc-shaped lifting frame is matched with the length of the heavy short shaft. The method comprises the steps that (1) the pair of arc-shaped hoisting frames wrap the heavy short shaft and then are locked through the hoisting screws, (2) the hoisting screws serve as hoisting points to turn over the heavy short shaft in the pair of arc-shaped hoisting frames to be in a vertical state and hoist the heavy short shaft in place, and (3) the pair of arc-shaped hoisting frames are unlocked, transversely moved out of the heavy short shaft and then moved away. According to the invention, the hoisting and turning of the heavy short shaft are safely realized, and the hoisting and turning problems of the heavy short shaft are solved.

    本发明公开了一种重型短轴吊装翻身工装和吊装方法,工装包括一对弧形起吊架、弧形中间连接板、起吊螺杆和张开定位螺杆,弧形中间连接板两端分别与弧形起吊架一侧中部铰接,弧形起吊架一端的弧形翻边分别设有中部锁紧耳和边缘锁紧耳。内缘弧形面曲率相同的弧形起吊架和弧形中间连接板分别与重型短轴外径匹配,弧形起吊架两端的弧形翻边内侧面距离A与重型短轴长度匹配。方法包括1)一对弧形起吊架包覆重型短轴后用起吊螺杆锁定,2)起吊螺杆作为吊点将一对弧形起吊架内的重型短轴翻转至垂直状态并吊装到位,3)一对弧形起吊架解锁后横移出重型短轴后移走。本发明安全有地的实现重型短轴的吊装及翻身,解决了重型短轴吊装及翻身的难题。
