The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of miniature unmanned aerial vehicles, and discloses a self-powered chip-flight control-fuselage integrated miniature unmanned aerial vehicle, which comprises a PCB (printed circuit board), a solar cell panel, an energy storage battery, a motor, wings and a support pin header which are integrated as a fuselage, and a self-powered chip and a flight control module are integrated in the PCB; the energy storage battery is fixed on the PCB, and the solar cell panel is fixedly connected with the energy storage battery through the supporting pin header; the self-powered chip is used for monitoring the electric quantity of the energy storage battery, when the electric quantity is smaller than a first preset threshold value, the solar cell panel is controlled to collect light energy of the surrounding environment and convert the light energy into electric energy to charge the energy storage battery, and when the difference value between the charging voltage and the discharging voltage of the energy storage battery is larger than a second preset threshold value, the solar cell panel is closed; and the flight control module is used for controlling the flight of the miniature unmanned aerial vehicle by controlling the rotating speeds of the motors and the wings. Self-energy supply of the unmanned aerial vehicle is achieved, and light weight and miniaturization are achieved while the integration degree is improved.
