The ignition explosive is in contact connection with the igniter wire, and the outer side of the igniter shell is sleeved with an insulation explosive cup which is connected with the injection molding body in a clamped mode. The electrode plug has the beneficial effects that the charging inner shell is connected to the top of the electrode plug, and the charging inner shell is in a topless shape, so that the slurry-shaped initiating explosive is conveniently charged, meanwhile, an organic solvent is conveniently volatilized during high-temperature drying, and the processing stability of the initiating explosive is improved.
本发明公开了一种高安定性的点火具及生产工艺,旨在提供了一种装配安装时起爆药稳定性好,操作方便安全性稳定的高安定性的点火具机生产工艺。包括注塑体,注塑体顶部设置有安装槽,安装槽内安装有电极塞,电极塞侧壁套接有点火具外壳,点火具外壳与注塑体卡接,电极塞顶部套接有装药内壳,装药内壳置于点火具外壳内部,电极塞安装有桥丝,装药内壳内填充有起爆药,起爆药与桥丝接触连接,点火具外壳外侧套接有绝缘药杯,绝缘药杯与注塑体卡接。本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的电极塞的顶部连有装药内壳,装药内壳为无顶状,方便进行泥浆状起爆药的装填同时在进行高温烘干时方便有机溶剂的挥发,提高起爆药的加工稳定性。
