The invention relates to a dual-density automobile engine fireproof PUR decorative cover and a preparation method thereof.The decorative cover is matched with an engine in shape and used for wrapping engine parts, and the decorative cover is of a multi-component polyurethane foaming structure and is formed by stacking two kinds of density PUR foaming materials including a shell foaming layer and a sound-absorbing soft foam layer; the shell foaming layer is divided into a shell foaming surface layer and a shell foaming inner layer wrapped in the shell foaming surface layer. The density of the sound-absorbing soft foam layer is 80-100kg/m < 3 >, the density of the shell foaming surface layer is 300-400kg/m < 3 >, and the density of the shell foaming inner layer is 100-120kg/m < 3 >. Compared with the prior art, the automobile trim cover has the advantages that the sound-absorbing soft foam layer with lower density is arranged, so that the weight of the trim cover is reduced, the oil consumption or the power consumption of an automobile is reduced, meanwhile, engine parts can be directly wrapped, an additional noise reduction cover cap does not need to be additionally arranged for the two parts, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种双密度汽车发动机防火PUR装饰罩及其制备方法,装饰罩与发动机的形状相匹配,用于对发动机部件进行包裹,该装饰罩为多组分聚氨酯发泡结构,由壳体发泡层和吸音软泡层两种密度的PUR发泡材料叠加组成;所述壳体发泡层分为壳体发泡表皮层和壳体发泡表皮层内部包裹的壳体发泡内层。吸音软泡层的密度为80‑100kg/m3,壳体发泡表皮层的密度为300‑400kg/m3,壳体发泡内层的密度为100‑120kg/m3。与现有技术相比,本发明设置的密度更低的吸音软泡层,不仅减少了装饰罩本身重量,降低了车辆的油耗或电耗,同时还可以对发动机部件进行直接包裹,不再需要为这两个零件增加额外的降噪罩盖,降低了制造成本。
