Meanwhile, an external air source can circulate towards the inner side of the butt joint part of the cut-off guide end under the guidance of the side inclination expansion guide part, and is guided out from an airflow channel formed by the power supply terminal and the diversion side section through the annular terminal wire core armoring part, so that the outward volatilization of the temperature at the connection part of the terminal wire core is accelerated, and the service life of the terminal wire core is prolonged. And the temperature rise phenomenon at the connection part of the terminal wire core of the general source wire harness is recovered to be stable.

    本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,具体公开了一种新能源汽车充电桩,包括主体电桩和总源线束,所述主体电桩与所述总源线束电性连接,所述总源线束的一端设有端子处温升传感单元,所述总源线束一端设有供电接座组件;侧倾扩张引导部带动端子连接端牵引部牵引环形端子线芯铠装部,进而将电性通路对接部从供电源端子内侧强制脱离,断开总源线束与汽车充电段供电源,避免端子线芯连接处继续产生无功热,同时外部空气源可受侧倾扩张引导部的引导向切断引导端对接部内侧流通,通过环形端子线芯铠装部、供电源端子和导流侧切面形成气流通道中导出,加速端子线芯连接处温度的向外挥散,使总源线束的端子线芯连接处温升现象恢复稳定。
