The invention discloses an unloading overvoltage suppression method for a low-power direct-current charger, belongs to the technical field of chargers, and solves the technical problems that in the prior art, a sudden gun drawing condition is caused in the charging process due to the fact that an electronic lock or a control circuit of the electronic lock goes wrong is not considered, a fault is caused by the charger due to overvoltage, and an automobile is damaged. The method comprises the steps of collecting output data and set data of the charger, and determining a working mode of the charger; analyzing the output data according to the working mode to obtain a voltage set value and a current set value; analyzing a voltage loop control given value and a current loop control given value of the charger, and controlling an output voltage or an output current according to the voltage loop control given value and the current loop control given value; when the output current is greater than the overvoltage current set value, an overvoltage suppression mode is started; when the output current and the output voltage both meet the unloading overvoltage condition, driving is closed; the overvoltage suppression function is started before unloading overvoltage occurs in the charger, so that faults of the charger caused by unloading overvoltage can be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种小功率直流充电机卸载过压抑制方法,属于充电机技术领域,解决现有技术未考虑电子锁或者其控制电路出现问题导致在充电过程中突然拔枪情况,造成充电机因过压而导致故障,对汽车造成损害的技术问题;本发明采集充电机的输出数据和设定数据,确定充电机的工作模式;根据工作模式分析输出数据得到电压设定值和电流设定值;分析充电机的电压环路控制给定值和电流环路控制给定值,根据电压环路控制给定值和电流环路控制给定值控制输出电压或输出电流;输出电流大于过压电流设置值时,开启过压抑制模式;输出电流和输出电压均满足卸载过压条件时,关闭驱动;在充电机出现卸载过压前启动过压抑制功能,可以避免充电机因卸载过压而故障。
