A front side cover (102) forming an outer surface on the front side of a front window of a vehicle is provided with a front opening (107) facing an outer space on the front side and an upper opening (108) facing an outer space on the upper side at a position behind and above the front opening (107). The inner side of the front side cover (102) is provided with an inner side cover (112) which forms a channel (113) for guiding air entering from the front opening (107) to the upper opening (108). A rotor (9) for wind power generation is disposed within the inner cover (112). The front end (108a) of the upper opening (108) is positioned above the rear end (108b). The area of the outlet 113b of the channel 113 is larger than the area of the inlet 113a of the channel 113. Viewed from the front opening 107, the inner cover 112 has an arc section 114c that hides the region above the line of rotation of the rotor 9. The central angle of the arc section 114c is defined to be 90-180 degrees inclusive. As a result, it is possible to effectively rotate the wind power generation rotor mounted on the vehicle.
