A connection port, a wire, a carrier module and a coupling module are arranged in a vehicle or a charging pile, the wire is connected with the connection port and is configured to transmit an electric signal, and the coupling module is connected between the wire and the carrier module and is configured to receive a carrier signal from the wire and send the carrier signal to the carrier module, and/or send the carrier signal to the charging pile. A carrier signal is received from the carrier module and sent to the wire. Therefore, carrier communication can be carried out through the carrier module by using the lead, accurate control between the carrier module and the carrier module is realized, cost is reduced, and communication efficiency and precision are improved.
