In the verification tool, a fast charging interface and a low-voltage interface are used for being connected with a battery of the new energy automobile, and a BMS corresponding to the battery of the new energy automobile runs software corresponding to a fast charging function to be verified; the gun insertion interface corresponding to the fast charging standard of the target type in the at least one gun insertion interface is used for being connected with a charging gun meeting the fast charging standard of the target type, and the fast charging standard of the target type is determined based on the fast charging requirement of the new energy automobile. Therefore, the software corresponding to the quick charging function of the battery of the new energy automobile is verified in advance through the verification tool, so that the development period of the quick charging function of the battery of the new energy automobile can be effectively shortened.
