The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile seat accessories, and particularly relates to an integrated heat dissipation electromagnetic valve set for an automobile seat and a heat dissipation method. The integrated heat dissipation electromagnetic valve group for the automobile seat comprises a plurality of valve bodies, static iron cores on the lower portions of the valve bodies are exposed out of one ends of coil parts, and the other ends of the coil parts are connected with winding shafts on the upper portions of the valve bodies. A yoke upper accommodating part is arranged on the winding shaft; the exposed section of the static iron core is provided with a yoke lower accommodating part; the upper protruding part of the n-shaped yoke is provided with a plurality of upper butt joint parts corresponding to the yoke upper containing parts, and the lower protruding part of the n-shaped yoke is provided with a plurality of lower butt joint parts corresponding to the yoke lower containing parts, so that the upper portion and the lower portion of the valve body abut against the upper protruding part and the lower protruding part of the n-shaped yoke respectively; heat generated by the coil part is transmitted through close contact with the coil part. According to the electromagnetic valve, heat generated by a coil of the electromagnetic valve can be quickly dissipated to the periphery through the n-shaped yoke.

    本发明属于汽车座椅配件技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车座椅用一体式散热电磁阀阀组及散热方法。本汽车座椅用一体式散热电磁阀阀组,包括:若干个阀体,且阀体下部的静铁芯从线圈部的一端露出,线圈部的另一端与阀体上部的绕线轴连接;所述绕线轴上设有轭铁上容纳部;所述静铁芯的露出段设有轭铁下容纳部;冂形轭铁,其上突出部开有若干与所述轭铁上容纳部对应的上对接部,下突出部开有若干与所述轭铁下容纳部对应的下对接部,使阀体的上部、下部分别与冂形轭铁的上突出部、下突出部抵接,以通过与线圈部的近距离接触传递线圈部产生的热量。本发明可以让电磁阀的线圈产生的热量通过冂形轭铁快速地向周围散发。
