The invention relates to a vibration reduction system for a railway vehicle and a control method. The system comprises a first hydraulic assembly, a second hydraulic assembly and a reversing valve. And the reversing valve is communicated with the working chambers of the first hydraulic assembly and the second hydraulic assembly. Under the condition that the vibration reduction system works in a passive mode or a semi-active mode, the reversing valve changes the connection mode of the working cavities of the first hydraulic assembly and the second hydraulic assembly in the mode of switching the working position of the valve element, and then at least three working configurations of the vibration reduction system are formed. According to the reversing valve, a damping system can be rapidly switched among at least three working configurations, so that the line applicability of the railway vehicle is remarkably improved, the applicability of the railway vehicle to different operating environments in different operating states is enhanced, and the snaking movement stability, the operating stability and the derailing safety of the railway vehicle are improved.

    本发明涉及一种用于轨道车辆的减振系统以及控制方法,系统包括第一液压组件、第二液压组件和换向阀。换向阀与第一液压组件和第二液压组件的工作腔室连通。在减振系统工作在被动模式或半主动模式的情况下,换向阀以切换阀芯工作位置的方式改变第一液压组件和第二液压组件的工作腔室的接连方式,进而形成减振系统的至少三种工作构型。本发明的换向阀能够实现减振系统在至少三种工作构型间迅速切换,使得轨道车辆线路适用性获得显著提升,增强了轨道车辆在不同运行状态下对所处不同运行环境的适用性,改善了轨道车辆蛇行运动稳定性、运行平稳性和脱轨安全性。
