The offshore wind power large-diameter steel pipe pile sliding turnover device comprises a hoisting mechanism and a sliding mechanism. The hoisting mechanism and the sliding mechanism are both arranged on a deck of the transport ship, the hoisting mechanism comprises hoisting equipment and a steel wire rope, and the hoisting equipment controls the sliding mechanism to slide on the deck through the steel wire rope; the sliding mechanism comprises a frame, rollers, a rotating mechanism and a sleeve, the rollers are arranged at the bottom of the frame, the rotating mechanism is arranged on the frame, the sleeve is rotatably connected to the rotating mechanism, and an opening in one side of the sleeve is used for inserting the lower end of the steel pipe pile; the opening direction of the sleeve turns from the tail of the transport ship to the position above the transport ship, so that the sleeve is perpendicular to the deck. When the turnover device is arranged on a transport ship, the turnover operation can be completed by one floating crane, so that the investment of turnover equipment is reduced, the stability and the operation efficiency in the operation process are improved, the engineering cost is reduced, and the safety in the construction process is improved.

    本发明涉及一种海上风电大直径钢管桩滑动翻身装置及工艺,包括卷扬机构和滑动机构;卷扬机构和滑动机构均设置于运输船的甲板上,卷扬机构包括卷扬设备和钢丝绳,卷扬设备通过钢丝绳控制滑动机构在甲板上滑动;滑动机构包括车架、滚轮、转动机构和套筒,滚轮设置于车架的底部,转动机构设置于车架上,套筒可转动连接于转动机构上,套筒的一侧开口用于插入钢管桩下端,在套筒的转动过程中,套筒的开口方向由朝向运输船尾部转向至朝向运输船上方,使得套筒垂直甲板。在运输船上配备本发明的翻身装置,可实现一台浮吊完成翻身作业,从而减少翻身设备的投入,提高作业过程的稳定性及作业效率,降低工程费用,增加了施工过程的安全性。
