The invention provides a tire shoulder pad rubber material for an all-steel radial tire and a preparation method of the tire shoulder pad rubber material, and belongs to the technical field of tire shoulder pad rubber materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a heat-conducting filler, preparing a composite filler, modifying, pretreating rubber, and mixing. The step of preparing the heat-conducting filler comprises the following steps: adding polyvinyl alcohol and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide into nano aluminum oxide for ball-milling treatment, controlling the ball-milling rotating speed to be 306-320rpm, the ball-to-material ratio to be (12-16): 1 and the ball-milling time to be 30-35min, then adding hexagonal boron nitride, reducing the rotating speed to 250-262rpm, and continuing ball-milling for 15-20min, so as to obtain the heat-conducting filler after the ball-milling treatment is finished; the tire shoulder pad rubber material prepared by the invention is good in heat-conducting property, low in heat generation and good and stable in mechanical property.

    本发明提供了一种全钢子午线轮胎用的胎肩垫胶胶料及其制备方法,属于胎肩垫胶胶料技术领域;所述制备方法包括制备导热填料、制备复合填料、改性、橡胶预处理、混炼步骤;所述制备导热填料步骤为,向纳米氧化铝中加入聚乙烯醇、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵进行球磨处理,控制球磨转速为306‑320rpm,球料比为12‑16:1,球磨时间为30‑35min,然后加入六方氮化硼,降低转速至250‑262rpm,继续球磨15‑20min,球磨处理结束后,制得导热填料;本发明制得的胎肩垫胶胶料,导热性能好,生热低,力学性能佳且稳定。
