According to the invention, a superlift working condition counterweight and an additional counterweight in the prior art are fully fused, the stability resistance of the counterweight is fully exerted, and meanwhile, the added additional counterweight pull plate can share the stress of the superlift mast pull plate, so that the stress of the superlift mast, the main variable-amplitude steel wire rope and the main mast is reduced.
本发明公开了一种紧凑型超起工况的履带起重机,包括:主机,所述主机转台的一端连接转台平衡重,所述转台平衡重连接附加平衡重连接架一端,且附加平衡重连接架的另一端还连接附加配重拉板下端,附加配重拉板上端连接超起桅杆上端,附加配重拉板下端连接附加平衡重;所述转台的另一端连接超起桅杆下端和主桅杆下端,主桅杆上端通过超起桅杆拉板连接超起桅杆上端,主桅杆上端还通过主变幅钢丝绳连接转台的主变幅滑轮上。本发明将现有技术的超起工况平衡重和附加平衡重充分融合,充分发挥其抗稳定性的能力,同时增加的附加配重拉板可以分担超起桅杆拉板的受力,进而起到减少超起桅杆、主变幅钢丝绳和主桅杆的受力。
