The mounting bracket is arranged on the arm section and forms a first connecting fulcrum; the measuring assembly is arranged on the arm section, forms a second connecting fulcrum and is used for measuring the pressure borne by the second connecting fulcrum; the pulley piece and the measuring assembly are arranged at the two ends of the installation support respectively. The first connecting fulcrum is located between the second connecting fulcrum and the pulley piece. A steel wire rope is wound on the peripheries of the riding wheel, the pulley piece and the arm tip pulley in sequence.
