The invention discloses an assembly type building prefabricated part hoisting device and hoisting method, and relates to the technical field of hoisting equipment. The hoisting device comprises a hoisting frame body which is provided with a lifting lug, a supporting grooved wheel, a first supporting oil cylinder and a second supporting oil cylinder; an oil reservoir; a connecting piece; the connecting inhaul cable is arranged on one supporting groove wheel, the two adjusting groove wheels and the other supporting groove wheel in a stretching mode and connected with the connecting piece; a first regulating valve; a second regulating valve; the two ends of the balance rod are hinged to the middles of the corresponding connecting pieces respectively, a first trigger oil cylinder and a second trigger oil cylinder are arranged in the middle, the first trigger oil cylinder is in driving connection with the first adjusting valve, and the second trigger oil cylinder is in driving connection with the second adjusting valve; when the first trigger oil cylinder is higher than the second trigger oil cylinder, the first trigger oil cylinder drives the first adjusting valve to be opened, when the second trigger oil cylinder is higher than the first trigger oil cylinder, the second adjusting valve is opened, and the prefabricated part can be automatically and rapidly adjusted to be in a longitudinally flush state. The hoisting method is based on the hoisting device.

    本发明公开了一种装配式建筑预制构件吊装装置及吊装方法,涉及起重设备技术领域;吊装装置包括:吊接架体,设置吊耳、支撑槽轮、第一支撑油缸和第二支撑油缸;储油筒;连接件;连接拉索,张设在一支撑槽轮、两调节槽轮和另一支撑槽轮上,与连接件连接;第一调节阀;第二调节阀;平衡杆,两端分别与对应的连接件中部铰接、中部设置有第一触发油缸和第二触发油缸,第一触发油缸与第一调节阀驱动连接,第二触发油缸与第二调节阀驱动连接;在第一触发油缸高于第二触发油缸时,第一触发油缸驱动第一调节阀打开,在第二触发油缸高于第一触发油缸时,第二调节阀打开,能够自动快速的将预制构件调节至纵向平齐的状态。吊装方法,基于前述的吊装装置。
