The invention relates to the field of hydraulic lifting beams, in particular to an anti-locking device for a chain of an underground hydraulic lifting beam. The invention provides an under-mine hydraulic lifting beam chain anti-locking device which can prevent a lifting chain from being locked in the lifting process and prolong the service life of equipment. A hydraulic lifting beam chain anti-locking device under a mine comprises two mounting parts, first connecting parts, a first guide rail, a second guide rail, a pushing mechanism and a swing mechanism, the two mounting parts are symmetrically distributed front and back, the lower sides of the mounting parts are connected with the first connecting parts, and the first guide rail and the second guide rail are connected between the lower sides of the first connecting parts; a pushing mechanism is arranged between the first guide rail and the second guide rail, and a swing mechanism is arranged on the pushing mechanism. The hoisting chain is pushed and supported through the mounting frame and the first rotating wheel, so that the upper part of the hoisting chain is always kept in a vertical state, and the effects of preventing the hoisting chain from being blocked in the hoisting process and prolonging the service life of equipment can be achieved.

    本发明涉及液压起吊梁领域,尤其涉及一种矿下液压起吊梁链条防卡死装置。本发明提供一种能够在起吊过程中避免起吊链条发生卡死,提高设备使用寿命的矿下液压起吊梁链条防卡死装置。一种矿下液压起吊梁链条防卡死装置,包括有安装件、第一连接件、第一导轨、第二导轨、推动机构和摆动机构,安装件共有两个,呈前后对称分布,安装件下侧均连接有第一连接件,第一连接件下侧之间连接有第一导轨和第二导轨,第一导轨和第二导轨之间设有推动机构,推动机构上设有摆动机构。本发明通过安装架以及第一转轮对起吊链条进行推动支撑,从而使起吊链条上部始终保持竖直状态,能够达到在起吊过程中避免起吊链条发生卡死,提高设备使用寿命的效果。
