The invention discloses a flexible intelligent skin for spacecraft structure health monitoring and a development method, a plurality of sensor arrays such as strain, temperature, acceleration and ultrasound are used, the flexible skin is prepared through an integrated flexible packaging integration method, and the characteristics of being light, thin, flexible, small, special-shaped curved surfaces or narrow and small space conformal are considered. When in use, the device can be attached to the surface of a corresponding spacecraft structure like a band-aid, so that on-orbit state monitoring and space environment sensing of a spacecraft can be realized.
