The invention discloses an expandable flexible solar wing device for a cubesat. The expandable flexible solar wing device comprises a bottom frame, a control mechanism and a cover plate, a telescopic mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the bottom frame and comprises four elastic winding drums evenly distributed on the support in the circumferential direction. Meanwhile, a release mechanism is also arranged. The releasing mechanism is connected with four elastic winding drums through four ropes arranged on the winding column in a sleeving mode. And the outward extension movement of the elastic winding drum is restrained by matching a limiting disc sleeved on the winding column with a limiting block. A control mechanism above the bottom frame is used for controlling the winding column to rotate, so that the limiting block is separated from the limiting disc, the rope on the winding column is released, and the elastic winding drum extends outwards; in the process, the circumferential side wall of the cover plate installed on the top of the control mechanism limited by the limiting disc is opened, and meanwhile the folded solar wing connected with the elastic winding drum is unfolded. The system is used for providing power for the cubesat or a small satellite, the problem that the cubesat is insufficient in power due to volume limitation is solved, the on-orbit time of the cubesat can be prolonged, and the service life of the cubesat is prolonged.

    本发明公开一种立方星可展开柔性太阳翼装置,包括底部框架,控制机构与盖板。底部框架的上部设有伸缩机构,包括四个周向均布于支架上的弹性卷筒;同时还设有释放机构。释放机构由四根套于卷绕柱上的绳索分别连接四个弹性卷筒。弹性卷筒向外伸长运动通过卷绕柱上套接的限位盘配合限位块进行约束。通过底部框架上方控制机构控制卷绕柱的转动,使限位块脱离限位盘,进而使卷绕柱上的绳索释放,弹性卷筒向外伸出;过程中,由限位盘限制的控制机构顶部安装的盖板周向侧壁打开,同时与弹性卷筒连接的折叠状太阳翼展开。本发明用于为立方星或小型卫星提供电源,解决了立方星因体积限制导致的电量不足问题,可延长立方星在轨时间,增加立方星使用寿命。
