The invention provides an underwater escape cabin and an emergency pressure reduction method thereof.The underwater escape cabin comprises an escape cabin shell and an underwater workstation arranged outside the escape cabin shell, and a locking assembly, an exhaust assembly and a drainage assembly are arranged inside and outside the escape cabin shell correspondingly; the locking assembly comprises limiting blocks symmetrically arranged on the surface of the escape cabin shell and a hydraulic cylinder arranged on the outer wall of the underwater work station, the output shaft end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a locking arm, the locking arm is in pin joint with the outer wall of the underwater work station, the tailstock end of the hydraulic cylinder is rotationally provided with a tailstock, and the tailstock is also in pin joint with the outer wall of the underwater work station. The locking arm and the limiting block are buckled, so that the escape cabin shell is limited in the underwater workstation for standby application; the exhaust assembly is arranged at the top in the escape cabin shell, the drainage assembly is arranged at the bottom in the escape cabin shell, and the pressure reduction rate of the underwater escape cabin is controlled by controlling the exhaust assembly and the drainage assembly, so that workers are protected.

    本发明提供一种水下脱险舱及其应急减压方法,其中,水下脱险舱包括脱险舱壳体以及设置于脱险舱壳体外部的水下工作站,脱险舱壳体内部和外部分别设置有锁紧组件、排气组件以及排水组件;锁紧组件包括对称设置于脱险舱壳体表面对称设置的限位块以及设置于水下工作站外壁的液压缸,液压缸的输出轴端连接有锁紧臂,锁紧臂销接于水下工作站的外壁,液压缸的尾座端转动安装有尾座,尾座也销接于水下工作站外壁,通过锁紧臂和限位块扣合,保证脱险舱壳体在水下工作站内限位备用;排气组件设置于脱险舱壳体内顶部,排水组件设置于脱险舱壳体的内底部,通过控制排气组件和排水组件,来控制水下脱险舱的减压速率,从而对工作人员进行保护。
