The invention discloses an anti-collision protection electronic rear derailleur device and a manpower vehicle, the electronic rear derailleur device is mounted on a frame, and comprises a base, a movable assembly, an outer connecting rod and a driving assembly which are pivoted through four pivot pins to form a parallelogram connecting rod mechanism; the base is fixedly attached to a frame; the driving assembly rotates around the corresponding pivot pin relative to the base to drive and drives the parallelogram connecting rod mechanism to move so as to achieve gear shifting. A buffering piece is arranged at the pivoting position of the driving assembly and the base, the driving assembly and the base are connected in a power transmission mode through the buffering piece, return pieces are arranged on pivot pins at the diagonal positions of the buffering piece, and the return pieces are connected to the adjacent pivot pins in a power transmission mode. The buffering piece and the return piece can buffer external force and transmit the external force to the base when the electronic rear shifting device is subjected to external impact, and therefore gear shifting caused by motion deformation is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种防撞击保护的电子后拨装置及人力车辆,电子后拨装置安装与车架上,包括基座、活动组件、外连杆和驱动组件且通过四个枢销枢接构造为平行四边形连杆机构;基座固定附接与车架上;驱动组件绕对应的枢销相对基座旋转驱动,并连动平行四边形连杆机构进行运动以实现换挡;驱动组件和基座的枢接处构造有缓冲件,驱动组件和基座通过缓冲件可动力传递地连接,缓冲件对角位置的枢销上构造有回位件,所述回位件可动力传递地连接于相邻的枢销;本发明的缓冲件和回位件能够在电子后拨装置受到外部撞击时将外力进行缓冲并传递至基座,从而防止运动变形导致变档。
