The invention provides a pelvis structure and a robot, and relates to the technical field of robots. The pelvis structure comprises a first driving part, a second driving part and a third driving part, the first driving part is used for being connected with a leg structure of the robot, and the first driving part can drive the leg structure to rotate around a first reference axis; the second driving piece is connected with the first driving piece, and the second driving piece can drive the first driving piece to rotate around a second reference axis; the third driving piece is connected with the second driving piece, and the third driving piece can drive the second driving piece to rotate around a third reference axis; the first reference axis is perpendicular to the second reference axis, the second reference axis is perpendicular to the third reference axis, and the gravity center of the second driving part and the gravity center of the third driving part are both located on the third reference axis. The pelvis structure is integrally arranged, the overall size of the pelvis structure can be reduced, and the stability of the robot is improved.
