The embodiment of the invention provides a torque signal processing method, an EPS sensor and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining the duty ratio of a first PWM signal according to a first voltage collected by a first torque sensor, an average initial voltage and a conversion coefficient; and determining the duty ratio of the second PWM signal according to the second voltage collected by the second torque sensor, the average initial voltage and the conversion coefficient. Calculating an average initial voltage according to a first initial voltage collected by the first torque sensor and a second initial voltage collected by the second torque sensor when the torque is 0, and calculating a conversion coefficient according to the first voltage collected by the first torque sensor, the second voltage collected by the second torque sensor, the average initial voltage and the conversion coefficient; a duty cycle of the first PWM signal and a duty cycle of the second PWM signal are determined. The initial voltage adopts the average initial voltage, so that the offset of the torque detected by the two torque sensors relative to the theoretical value can be averaged, and the error of the duty ratio of the actually output PWM signal is small.

    本申请实施例提供的一种扭矩信号处理方法、EPS传感器及存储介质,包括:根据第一扭矩传感器采集的第一电压、平均初始电压和转换系数,确定第一PWM信号的占空比;根据第二扭矩传感器采集的第二电压、平均初始电压和转换系数,确定第二PWM信号的占空比。根据扭矩为0时第一扭矩传感器采集的第一初始电压和第二扭矩传感器采集的第二初始电压,计算平均初始电压,根据第一扭矩传感器采集的第一电压、第二扭矩传感器采集的第二电压、平均初始电压和转换系数,确定第一PWM信号的占空比和第二PWM信号的占空比。初始电压采用平均初始电压,可以使两个扭矩传感器检测的扭矩相对于理论值的偏移量平均化,从而使实际输出的PWM信号的占空比的误差较小。
