The invention provides a lower structural frame of a suspension frame, the suspension frame and a maglev train. The lower structural frame comprises two longitudinal beams, a plurality of cross beams, a first transition sleeper beam and a linear motor induction plate. Dewar devices are arranged on the longitudinal beams. The cross beams are arranged between the two longitudinal beams and are sequentially arranged at intervals in the length direction of the longitudinal beams, and the two ends of the cross beams are flexibly connected to the longitudinal beams correspondingly. The first transition sleeper beam extends in the direction perpendicular to the two longitudinal beams, and the first transition sleeper beam is flexibly connected to the two longitudinal beams. And the linear motor induction plate is connected to each cross beam. According to the lower structure frame, the longitudinal beams and the cross beams are flexibly connected to form a flexible component, relative displacement can be generated between the longitudinal beams when the lower structure frame passes through curve road conditions, and the curve passing ability is better. By arranging the first transition sleeper beam and flexibly connecting the first transition sleeper beam with the two longitudinal beams, the connection between the lower framework and the upper framework of the suspension frame is reduced, the comfort is improved, the decoupling capacity is improved, and the overall structural reliability of the suspension frame is better.
