The invention provides a heavy mine truck whole vehicle demand torque control method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) determining a two-dimensional look-up table; 2) inputting the opening degree of an accelerator pedal and the rotating speed of a power system; (3) obtaining the required torque of the whole vehicle power system through linear interpolation in the two-dimensional lookup table; on one hand, the vehicle can be prevented from sliding on the slope, and on the other hand, control operation of a driver at a low vehicle speed is facilitated. Particularly, under the reversing working condition, a driver can be helped to accurately control the reversing operation of the vehicle; the acceleration feeling can be well improved, the rotating speed is fast and stable under a certain pedal opening degree, a driver does not need to continuously adjust an accelerator pedal according to the expected vehicle speed, and the driver can have the good driving feeling; when the load of the vehicle is changed, such as the gradient and the rolling resistance are increased, and the rotating speed is reduced, the torque can be quickly increased, and the basic dynamic property and the driving and running stability of the vehicle can still be ensured.

    本发明提供一种重型矿卡整车需求扭矩控制方法,包括以下步骤:1)确定二维查询表;2)输入加速踏板开度和动力系统转速;3)通过在二维查询表中线性插值得到整车动力系统的需求扭矩;提升了车辆的安全性,一方面可以避免车辆溜坡,另一方面方便驾驶员在低车速时的控制操作。尤其是在倒车工况时,有助于驾驶员对车辆倒车运行做精准控制;可以很好地提升加速感受,在一定的踏板开度下使转速快速稳定,不需要驾驶员为了期望的车速不断调整加速踏板,可以使驾驶员有较好的驾驶感受;可很好地适应车辆地运行场景,当车辆的负载发生变化,如坡度、滚阻增大,在转速降低时会很快实现扭矩的提高,依然可以保证车辆有基本的动力性和驾驶运行的稳定性。
