The invention relates to a method for correcting the electric quantity of a power battery, and the method comprises the following steps: an obtaining step: obtaining the dynamic voltage of a battery unit of the power battery when the power battery is fully charged; a pre-estimation step: pre-estimating an electric quantity parameter of the battery unit according to the obtained dynamic voltage of the battery unit based on a pre-obtained corresponding relation between the dynamic voltage of the battery unit and the electric quantity parameter of the battery unit; and a correction step: in the correction step, carrying out electric quantity correction on the battery unit according to the estimated electric quantity parameter of the battery unit. The invention also relates to a corresponding computer program product, a battery management system, a battery system and a vehicle. The method has the advantages that the actual electric quantity of each battery unit of the power battery can be accurately determined when the power battery is fully charged, so that the available electric quantity of the power battery and the driving mileage of the vehicle are accurately determined.
