The weight sensor is used for measuring the weight change of the charging gun so as to obtain a signal indicating whether the charging gun is recycled or not, the automatic recycling function of the charging gun of the electric vehicle is achieved, and the situation that the charging gun is damaged and normal use of equipment is affected due to the fact that the charging gun is forgotten to be recycled into the charging device manually is avoided. And meanwhile, the maintenance cost and the manual operation process of the equipment are reduced, so that the charging of the electric automobile becomes simpler and more convenient.
本发明提供一种电动汽车充电枪自动回收方法,通过重量传感器测量充电枪和充电电缆在插入电动汽车和未插入电动汽车的重量差异原理判断充电枪是否拔出电动汽车充电口;当充电枪拔出电动汽车充电口时,因充电枪和充电电缆的重量失去了电动汽车的支撑造成重量的增加,重量传感器将增加的重量输出给电动控制器,电动控制器驱动电缆收放装置实现充电电缆和充电枪的回收动作。本发明利用重量传感器测量充电枪的重量变化从而获取是否回收充电枪的信号,实现了电动汽车充电枪的自动回收功能,避免了因人为的忘记把充电枪收回充电装置,造成充电枪的损坏,影响设备的正常使用,同时降低了设备的维护成本和人工操作流程,使得电动汽车充电变得更加简洁方便。
