The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted hydrogen fuel cell power generation total system which comprises an electric pile module, an air subsystem, a hydrogen circulation subsystem, a total tail exhaust pipe, a water cooling subsystem and a control subsystem. A pile cooling subsystem and an auxiliary machine cooling subsystem of the water cooling subsystem both adopt a main water pump and a standby water pump which are connected in parallel and are not used at the same time, and a water pump and a pile cooling fan of the pile cooling subsystem respectively adopt a variable-frequency water quantity adjusting mechanism and a variable-frequency air quantity adjusting mechanism. The electric pile cooling subsystem and a vehicle warm air core body of the vehicle warm air system are integrated together, and a vehicle control unit of the control subsystem performs integrated control on the air subsystem, the water cooling subsystem and the hydrogen circulation subsystem, so that the subsystems work cooperatively. According to the invention, the redundancy of key components of each component in the total system is high, and the stability and reliability of the total system are improved.

    本发明公开了一种车载氢燃料电池发电总系统,包括电堆模块、空气分系统、氢气循环分系统、总尾排管、水冷分系统和控制分系统,氢气循环分系统包括气路串联的引射器和氢气循环泵,水冷分系统的电堆冷却子系统和辅机冷却子系统均采用并联且不同时使用的主水泵和备用水泵,电堆冷却子系统的水泵和电堆冷却风机分别采用变频水量调节机制和变频风量调节机制,电堆冷却子系统与车辆暖风系统的车辆暖风芯体集成在一起,控制分系统的整车控制器对所述空气分系统、所述水冷分系统和所述氢气循环分系统进行一体化控制,令分系统协同工作。本发明的总系统中的各组成部分的关键部件冗余性高,提高总系统的稳定性和可靠性。
