The invention belongs to the technical field of steel tower section butt joint, and particularly relates to an automatic correction control steel tower section assembling device and method.The automatic correction control steel tower section assembling device comprises a steel tower, the four side faces of the upper end of the steel tower are each fixedly connected with a correction mechanism, each correction mechanism comprises a supporting block fixed to the side face of the steel tower, and the upper surface of each supporting block is fixedly connected with a first hydraulic rod; the side face of the lower end of the first hydraulic rod communicates with a hydraulic pipe. According to the assembling device, through the arrangement of the deviation rectifying mechanism, when the lower end of the steel tower section is lowered to be attached to the deviation rectifying block and the sensor embedded in the deviation rectifying block generates pressure, the deviation rectifying mechanism conducts front-back and left-right fine adjustment on the lowered steel tower section in the horizontal direction under the assistance of the oil inlet device; by means of the mechanism, it is guaranteed that the lower end of the steel tower section is completely in butt joint with the upper end of the steel tower under the condition that descending is completed, the mechanism can monitor and automatically correct the internal force and posture of the steel tower section in real time, the assembly precision is improved, and efficient assembly is achieved by adopting an advanced control system and sensor technology.

    本发明属于钢塔节段对接技术领域,尤其是一种自主纠正控制钢塔节段装配装置及装配方法,包括钢塔,钢塔的上端四个侧面均固定连接有纠偏机构,纠偏机构包括固定在钢塔侧面的支撑块,支撑块的上表面固定连接有第一液压杆,第一液压杆的下端侧面规定连通有液压管。该装配装置,通过设置纠偏机构,本装置在钢塔节段下端下放至与纠偏块贴合,对内嵌在纠偏块内部的传感器产生压力时,在进油装置的辅助下,纠偏机构对下放的钢塔节段在水平方向上进行前后左右微调,保证钢塔节段的下端在完成下放的情况下与钢塔上端完整对接,该机构能够实时监测和自主纠正钢塔节段的内力和姿态,提高了装配精度,且采用先进的控制系统和传感器技术,实现了高效装配。
