The invention discloses an electric vehicle aggregation optimization scheduling control method and system, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, building a fitness function which reflects the participation of an EV aggregator in LFC income, carrying out the equivalent classification according to different EV charging states, and building a mapping relation between an EV state expression and a fitness functional expression; 2, obtaining an EV electric quantity constraint relation under the control of an EV aggregator according to the charging demand of the EV, establishing an electric quantity constraint condition model of the EV, constructing a distribution architecture of a response signal when the EV participates in the LFC, and determining an EV distribution strategy of the aggregator responding to an LFC signal; and step 3, solving the optimal scheduling mode with maximized benefits based on a genetic algorithm. According to the method provided by the invention, the maximum economic benefit can be brought when the EV participates in the LFC, the charging demand of the EV is reasonably met, and a reference solution is provided for realizing friendly participation of the EV in scheduling control and improving the user participation degree.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车聚合优化调度控制方法及系统,包括以下步骤:步骤1:建立反映EV聚合商参与LFC收益的适应度函数,并根据EV不同充电状态进行等效分类,建立EV状态表达式与适应度函数式的映射关系;步骤2:根据EV的充电需求得到EV聚合商控制下的EV电量约束关系建立EV的电量约束条件模型,并构建EV参与LFC时响应信号的分配架构确定聚合商响应LFC信号的EV分配策略;步骤3:基于遗传算法对收益最大化的最优调度方式进行求解。本发明提出的方法能使EV在参与LFC时能带来最大经济效益,并使EV的充电需求得到合理满足,为实现EV友好参与调度控制,提升用户参与度提供参考解决方案。
