The invention discloses a deaf people early warning method and early warning device based on binocular camera relative velocity measurement. The method comprises the following steps: a camera obtains a visual image; calibrating the visual image obtained in the previous step by using a Zhang Zhengyou calibration method; detecting the visual image calibrated in the previous step; measuring the distance and the relative speed of the moving target detected in the previous step; the hand-wearing device is connected with the head-wearing device, a threshold value of relative collision time TTC is set, and when a target object is smaller than a certain relative TTC, a user is reminded to pay attention to the surroundings in a double early warning mode of light emitting and vibration of the hand-wearing device. The device comprises a head-mounted device body, a front-view binocular camera, a rear-view binocular camera, a bandage, an algorithm processor and a power supply. By calculating the speed relative to the user, complex calculation of the actual speed and direction of the target object is reduced, the user is reminded of the vehicle coming from the rear, and the defect that the deaf cannot hear the sound of the vehicle behind is overcome.

    本发明公开了一种基于双目摄像头相对测速的聋人预警方法及预警装置,方法包括如下步骤:摄像头获取视觉图像;将上一步骤获取的视觉图像使用张正友标定法进行标定;对上一步骤标定后的视觉图像进行检测;对上一步骤检测到的运动目标进行距离和相对速度的测量;手戴式装置连接头戴式装置,设定相对碰撞时间TTC的阈值,当有目标物体小于某一相对TTC时通过手戴式装置发光和震动的双重预警方式提醒使用者注意周围。装置包括:头戴式装置本体、前视双目摄像头、后视双目摄像头、绑带、算法处理器和电源。本发明通过计算相对使用者的速度,减轻了对目标物体实际速度和方向的复杂计算,提醒使用者从后方驶来的车辆,弥补了聋人听不见后方车辆声音的缺陷。
