The invention relates to the technical field of traffic information engineering, in particular to a traffic transportation statistical method based on big data, which comprises the following steps of: based on regional road network traffic flow data, constructing a similarity matrix by adopting a spectral clustering algorithm to reflect the association strength between different traffic nodes, mapping the nodes into a low-dimensional space by adopting a spectral decomposition technology, and constructing a statistical model; and graph structure optimization is carried out to generate a traffic flow area division graph. According to the method, through the spectral clustering algorithm and the K-means clustering algorithm, traffic flow data processing is more accurate, the regional division precision and the pattern classification efficiency are improved, the ARIMA model has high accuracy in predicting the traffic flow trend, the network flow theory comprehensively analyzes the road network transportation efficiency, the genetic algorithm optimizes the route configuration, the road utilization rate is improved, and the traffic flow prediction efficiency is improved. A fuzzy logic controller and a decision tree model enable a regional traffic control strategy to be flexible and accurate and cope with various traffic conditions, a simulated annealing algorithm optimizes road network configuration, and traffic efficiency and feasibility are improved.

    本发明涉及交通信息工程技术领域,具体为一种基于大数据的交通运输统计方法,包括以下步骤,基于区域路网交通流量数据,采用谱聚类算法,构建相似度矩阵反映差异性交通节点间的关联强度,通过谱分解技术将节点映射到低维空间中,并进行图结构优化,生成交通流量区域划分图。本发明中,通过谱聚类算法和K均值聚类算法,交通流量数据处理更准确,提高区域划分精度和模式分类效率,ARIMA模型在预测交通流量趋势上具有较高准确度,网络流理论全面分析路网运输效率,遗传算法优化路线配置,提升道路利用率,模糊逻辑控制器和决策树模型使区域交通管控策略灵活精准,应对各种交通情况,模拟退火算法优化路网配置,提高交通效率和可行性。
