The invention discloses an energy-saving transmission mechanism for reducing energy consumption through compressed air, an automobile and a train. The energy-saving transmission mechanism comprises at least one pair of crank cases; a box body of the crankcase is provided with a mounting cavity, a piston cavity is formed in the box body, a piston rod structure of the crankcase is movably inserted into the piston cavity and is in transmission connection with a crankshaft of the crankcase, and the crankshaft can drive the piston rod structure to stretch out and draw back in the piston cavity; the box body is provided with an air channel communicated with the mounting cavity; the two crank cases are sealed and covered with each other, the two piston cavities are communicated with each other to form a closed gas compression buffering cavity, and the two gas channels are communicated with each other.
