The invention relates to a hydraulic tilting device, a cab tilting system and a vehicle. The hydraulic tilting device comprises a double-acting hydraulic cylinder in which a push chamber has a pressure connection for pressurizing the push chamber through a pressure line and a traction chamber has a first traction connection fluidly connected to a suction line for discharging hydraulic fluid. A flow restrictor is positioned in the suction line. The hydraulic device includes a drive unit fluidly connected to a pressure joint of the thrust chamber by a main pressure line and to a second traction joint of the traction chamber by a bypass line. The bypass line is arranged parallel to the main pressure line. A normally open pressure operated degasser valve is positioned in a bypass line for discharging an amount of air out of the traction chamber.
