Meanwhile, the mechanical structure of the elevator does not need to be changed, the cost is low, the application range is wide, and the difficulty of handling the rope disorder problem by operation and maintenance personnel can be reduced through the arrangement mode of the immediate stop driving component.

    本申请揭示一种升降机控制方法、控制器、控制系统、存储介质、升降机及堆垛机,该方案基于正常情况下牵引绳的收放长度与载台的运行距离一致的原理,通过获取牵引绳的收放长度和载台的运行距离,若牵引绳的收放长度和载台的运行距离的差值达到预设的差值阈值,则认为出现乱绳风险,控制驱动部件停止,可以避免由于牵引绳乱绳导致牵引绳断掉,且本申请计算方式简单,易于实现。同时,本申请也无需改变升降机本身的机械结构,成本低,适用范围广,且即时停止驱动部件的设置方式可以降低运维人员处理乱绳问题的难度。
