The invention relates to a method for controlling a scaffold suspension system and an associated apparatus. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring operation parameters of a hanging scaffold suspension system when a hanging scaffold operates; wherein the operation parameters represent the operation condition of the hanging scaffold; according to the operation parameters, whether the hanging scaffold deviates or not is determined; wherein the deviation represents the inclination degree of the hanging scaffold; if the hanging scaffold deviates, a target stable vehicle is regulated and controlled according to a preset regulation and control rule base, so that the hanging scaffold is regulated and controlled; wherein the target stable vehicle represents a stable vehicle according with a preset regulation and control rule base. According to the method, the hanging scaffold suspension system can be regulated and controlled when the hanging scaffold inclines, so that the hanging scaffold restores to a stable state, meanwhile, the stress of the hanging scaffold suspension system is balanced, the stress is prevented from exceeding a design value, and therefore the safety of shaft sinking construction is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种用于控制吊盘悬吊系统的方法及相关设备。方法包括:获取吊盘运行时,吊盘悬吊系统的运行参数;其中,所述运行参数表征吊盘的运行情况;根据所述运行参数,确定所述吊盘是否发生偏差;其中,所述偏差表征所述吊盘的倾斜程度;若所述吊盘发生偏差,则按照预设的调控规则库对目标稳车进行调控,以调控所述吊盘;其中,所述目标稳车表征符合预设的调控规则库的稳车。该方法能够在吊盘发生倾斜时对吊盘悬吊系统进行调控,以使吊盘恢复到平稳状态,同时使吊盘悬吊系统受力均衡,避免受力超过设计值,从而保证凿井施工安全。
