The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a prefabricated stair hoisting system which comprises a hoisting unit, a supporting unit, a detecting unit, a sliding unit and a central control unit. The initial lifting speed of the lifting rope is adjusted by controlling the lifting unit, the stability of the to-be-installed prefabricated stair in the lifting process is guaranteed, and when the to-be-installed prefabricated stair is lifted to the preset installation inclination angle, the to-be-installed prefabricated stair is lifted to the preset installation inclination angle by adjusting the operation state of the supporting unit or the sliding unit. The to-be-mounted prefabricated staircase is moved to the preset mounting position and is parallel to the wall surface, the hoisting position is accurately adjusted, and an infrared monitor is arranged, so that in the process that the to-be-mounted prefabricated staircase is moved to the preset mounting position and is parallel to the wall surface, the to-be-mounted prefabricated staircase is moved to the preset mounting position and is parallel to the wall surface; the supporting unit or the sliding unit is controlled by the central control unit to stop moving the to-be-mounted prefabricated staircase, so that the hoisting error caused by swinging of the to-be-mounted prefabricated staircase is reduced, and the hoisting precision is effectively guaranteed.

    本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种预制楼梯吊装系统,包括吊升单元、支撑单元、检测单元、滑动单元以及中控单元;本发明通过控制吊升单元调整吊升绳索的初始吊升速度,保障待安装预制楼梯在吊升过程中的稳定性,在待安装预制楼梯吊升至预设安装倾斜角度时,通过调整支撑单元或者滑动单元的运行状态,移动待安装预制楼梯至预设安装位置且与墙面平行,精准调节吊装位置,通过设置有红外监测仪,在支撑单元或者滑动单元移动待安装预制楼梯至预设安装位置且与墙面平行的过程中,通过中控单元控制支撑单元或者滑动单元停止移动待安装预制楼梯,减小待安装预制楼梯因摆动造成的吊装误差,有效保障吊装精度。
