A heavy-load pushing chain belongs to the technical field of pushing chains and comprises a plurality of chain links which are sequentially connected through pin shafts, each chain link comprises a group of combined chain plates which are oppositely arranged, each combined chain plate comprises a thrust chain plate and a pull chain plate which are connected together through rivets, when the thrust chain plates of the adjacent chain links are meshed with each other, the pushing chain is in a linear pushing state, and when the pull chain plates of the adjacent chain links are meshed with each other, the pushing chain is in a linear pushing state. When the pushing chain is in a pulling state, the pushing chain plate conducts pushing force, and when the pushing chain is in a pulling state, the pulling chain plate conducts pulling force. The chain can provide pulling force like a common chain and can also present rigidity in a linear state so as to transmit pushing force, the pulling force chain plates and the pushing force chain plates are fixed to form the combined chain plates, the first chain links and the second chain links are formed in different combined chain plate combination modes, and therefore the chain can be used for conveying the pushing force. The first chain links and the second chain links are further combined and connected to form the pushing chain, and the problems that chain plates of an existing pushing chain are mixed in stress, and targeted observation, research, optimization and improvement are difficult to conduct are effectively solved.

    一种重载推送链条,属于推送链条技术领域,包括若干通过销轴依次连接的链节,链节包括组相对设置的组合链板,组合链板包括通过铆钉连接在一起的推力链板和拉力链板,相邻链节的推力链板相互啮合时,推送链条构成直线推送状态,以推力链板传导推力,在推送链条处于牵拉状态时,以拉力链板传导拉力。本发明既能够像普通的链条一样提供拉力,也能在呈直线状态时呈现刚性,从而传递推力,通过将拉力链板和推力链板固定后形成组合链板,通过不同的组合链板组合方式形成第一链节和第二链节,通过第一链节和第二链节的进一步组合连接构成推送链条,有效解决了现有推送链条链板受力混杂,难以进行有针对性地进行观察研究及优化改进的问题。
