The invention discloses a charging control method and system based on an emergency power supply, and the method comprises the steps: responding to a received charging rescue request initiated by an unmanned aerial vehicle in a charging rescue state, determining target landing position information according to a real-time operation image of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and transmitting the target landing position information; determining personnel position distribution information; determining emergency power supply position distribution information; determining an emergency power supply to-be-screened set; determining a to-be-screened emergency personnel set; performing screening according to the target landing position information, the emergency personnel to-be-screened set and the emergency power supply to-be-screened set to determine target emergency combination information; packaging the target emergency power supply position information and the target landing position information into charging rescue feedback information, and sending the charging rescue feedback information; the emergency power supply is found by using the emergency power supply position information, and the unmanned aerial vehicle in a charging rescue state is found by using the target landing position information, so that the charging rescue efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle for agricultural operation is improved.
